1. Acceptance
By using Cosmical you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Cosmical.
3. The service
Cosmical is a gamified spiritual-learning app featuring an AI guide (the Acharya) and educational content drawn from classical texts and scholarly commentary.
4. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Diksha is free; Seeker is $14.99/month; Sadhana Pass is $149.99/year. Paid plans are billed via Apple In-App Purchase or our web payment processor, auto-renew until cancelled, and are managed and cancelled through your platform account (e.g., your Apple ID settings). Apple’s standard licensed-application end-user agreement applies to purchases made through the App Store.
6. Virtual items
Karma and Vidya are in-app progression items with no monetary value; they are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Scriptural commentary is attributed to its sources and used for educational purposes.
9. Spiritual & educational disclaimer
Cosmical provides cultural, philosophical, and spiritual education for personal reflection. It is NOT medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. Panchang and related content is offered for cultural and reflective purposes only, not as prediction or a guarantee of outcomes.
10. AI disclaimer
The Acharya is an AI system. Its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment and verify important matters independently.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Governing law & disputes

15. Apple
For apps obtained via the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no responsibility for the app or for providing support.
